At Embelton, we supply and install timber flooring and engineering vibration isolation solutions to leading architects, builders, acoustic consultants, designers and more. Based in Osborne Park, Embelton is currently looking for an experienced permanent full time Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our small friendly and supportive team.

Position Overview:

In this Sales and Administration Coordinator role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional Customer Service, Sales, and Administrative Support. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction across all our business divisions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer/Admin Support  

  • Answer all phone and email customer enquiries for trade counter sales.
  • Assist customers with product selection, stock checks, and price enquiries.
  • Process sales orders and intra-branch stock transfers.
  • Handle daily invoicing, receipting activities, and banking tasks.
  • General ad hoc administrative duties and reporting as required.

Sales Coordination:

  • Provide information on product specifications and arrange mail-out of samples when requested.
  • Conduct showroom visits to clients as required
  • Promote Embelton’s products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible advice and support.
  • Keep up to date with sale promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure deliveries and pick up of goods is done in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications /To be successful for this role you will possess:

  • Preferrable a background/some experience in a trade or similar environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Customer Service/Sales Support.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
