One William is a landmark structure in the heart of Brisbane’s government precinct. It is the tallest commercial building in the city, with 44 levels above ground. A compelling new workplace and premium grade office tower with an iconic lobby and deluxe grade finishes throughout the building.
Our specialist team completed a massive job spanning over both towers of 1 William Street. In Tower A, Embelton supplied and installed luxury oak timber flooring in custom colours which was direct stick, in the Entry, Kitchen, Living, Dining & Halls. In Tower B, Embelton supplied and installed luxury oak timber flooring in custom colours in the Entry, Kitchen, Living, Dining & Halls. Major companies such as RCC/Pradella also have their Head Office in these 2 towers.
